What we create

Qala means fortress. To us it is not about walls but about reliability: a home should be clear in form, easy to live in every day and honest in its materials.

We design the whole thing — from the building's volume and facades to light, furniture and finishing details. One team carries the idea from the first sketch to the last drawing.

Once construction starts, we stay close: we visit the site, answer the contractor's questions and make sure what gets built is what was drawn.

A fortress is built from simple blocks: each one in its place, together holding their shape for centuries. That is how we design — clear geometry, precise joints, nothing accidental.
