What we create
Houses, apartments and public spaces with clear geometry, honest materials and considered light.
Qala means fortress. To us it is not about walls but about reliability: a home should be clear in form, easy to live in every day and honest in its materials.
We design the whole thing — from the building's volume and facades to light, furniture and finishing details. One team carries the idea from the first sketch to the last drawing.
Once construction starts, we stay close: we visit the site, answer the contractor's questions and make sure what gets built is what was drawn.
Partners
We work with brands we trust: materials, bathroom fittings, furniture and appliances for our projects.
For foremen and craftsmen
Building or renovating? Let’s work together — the client wins and so do you.
Referral reward
Bring a client to a project and we pay a reward once the contract is signed. We agree the terms in person.
Clear construction documents
A detailed drawing set and schedules: fewer questions on site, less rework and fewer disputes.
An architect on call
We answer on Telegram as work goes on and come to the site when something needs solving there.
New jobs
We recommend trusted craftsmen and crews to our clients — from shell to finishing.
